Stock Items:
Stock items can be returned in its original packaging (if any), only if it was not used. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Custom Stamps:
Custom Stamps include but are not limited to all customized rubber stamps. If for any reason the stamp doesn't function to its specification or we made a mistake in production, we will replace the item free with no additional charge.
We can not take back a return for custom stamps simply because the customer doesn't like it or because it has a mistake or a typo due to customers error.
If you would like to cancel an order, it should be done so immediately. Since we produce most stamps in-house, we start production hours or sometimes minutes after the order comes in.

Custom Labels and stickers:
All custom labels and stickers are none refundable. If we made a mistake in production, we will replace the item free with no additional charge.
